  • «English Bitter»

Here you can also enjoy original Belarusian snacks. There is a cellar with traditional Belarusian pickles, vegetables and fruits.

What are we drinking today?

First of all, the varieties listed above.

But there will be surprises too!

We prepared water close to the original composition, used four-step mashing, added Lublin hops during the two-hour boil and fermented the wort with the original yeast strain. The result is a very light table beer of straw-yellow color with high carbonation and a dense foam head. It features a pronounced but unobtrusive smoky taste and aroma, complemented by the delicate bitterness of Lublin hops.

3.3% ABV 20 IBU (4.03)

Midwest is a classic American pale ale brewed with the namesake malt, featuring a delicate floral and citrus aroma. The taste is dominated by citrus-tropical notes of the popular American hops Cascade and Citra, with a barely noticeable malt sweetness and a pleasant bitterness on the finish.

5.5% ABV 25 IBU (3.94)

Van Goud is a Belgian farmhouse beer with a refreshing spicy bouquet of ripe fruits, freshly mown hay and light citrus notes. Its hop bitterness offsets the overall fruity profile of this beer.

5.0% ABV 20 IBU (3.93)

Black Mark is a black India pale ale with a bright aroma of American hop varieties Mosaic and Amarillo. During the boil the hops were added seven times, and more hops were used for dry hopping than during the main boil. If you close your eyes, you might think you are drinking a well-hopped IPA. But when you look into the glass, all stereotypes are immediately broken.

5.6% ABV 60 IBU (4.02)

Red Baron is a red IPA with a pleasant caramel-fruity body and a rich ruby malt color. The symbiosis of American hop varieties Simcoe and Centennial brought grapefruit, mango, guava and passion fruit aromas to this beer, highlighted by a resinous bitterness.

6.2% ABV 60 IBU (3.99)

A classic IPA hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe. Bitter, moderately strong, showcasing modern American hop varieties. The balance is shifted toward hops, with a clean fermentation profile, a slightly dry finish and a clean supporting malt through which the creatively selected hops shine.

6% ABV 40 IBU (4.18)

A velvety, aromatic, amber-colored beer of medium body. With the addition of ginger, which is very unobtrusive.

4.7% ABV (3.68)

This sour ale is fermented with a unique Philly Sour yeast strain, which produces lactic acid along with ethanol during fermentation and does not require pre-acidification of the wort. The result is a refreshing sour beer with notes of stone fruit, blackcurrant, apple and citrus.

6.8% ABV 15 IBU (4.29)
